Paragon Kilns Touch n' Fire  S Series   GF, GL & Quick Fire 

Touch N' Fire (TnF) -- Touch n' Fire kilns are controlled electronically using a highly reliable key pad. You can program the temperature and speed of each firing. A lighted display show's the kiln chamber temperature throughout the firing. This series is available in the following configurations:

The latest generation of Orton digital controllers fire based upon the following schedule.
324 degrees per hour from room temp up to 1022
153 degrees per hour from 1022 to 1112
180 degrees per hour from 1112 to 1837
108 degrees per hour from 1837 to 1945
The total firing time for this firing schedule is 8.5 hours based upon an initial starting temperature of 90 F.
Orton is a nonprofit foundation charged with the responsibility of the education and support of the ceramic industry. 

S Series -- Manual controlled kilns fired by infinite control switches, which regulate temperature by cycling on and off. A KilnSetter with a limit timer shuts the kiln off when the desired cone is achieved. Available in these sizes:

Quick Fire 6 GF, GL Series and Quick Fire Series

Glass never looked so good. Heating elements are mounted in the top of the kiln for ideal heating of large flat glass pieces. A KilnSetter or limit timer is optional on the GF series. The QuickFire is a ceramic fiber kiln designed for testing and firing small projects fast. This portable five pound kiln comes in 12v and 240v. in only four minutes, it will reach 1000 degrees F. The QuickFire uses only 900 watts, typically less than a hair dryer.
